Highlights of Turkey within 12 Days
1- Istanbul (2 nights)
On your arrival day, you are going to meet me at the airport. Depending on the arrival time, you may have an introductory sightseeing. Since you become tired after a long flight, the tour on arrival day should be a couple hours in orientation way. Overnight in Istanbul
Next morning, You are going to meet me in the lobby at 08:30. You are going to see the listed itinerary below, efficiently based on the time and the distance between the museums. We finish the tour around 16:00 and you will be dropped off at the hotel in the end of the tour. ( dress code for mosques: ladies should wear a long dress or trousers and a head scarf/ man should wear long pants)
Day 1 in Istanbul
Itinerary;
1- Roman Hippodrome
2- Blue Mosque
3- Hagia Sophia
4- Underground Cistern
5- Traditional lunch ( kebabs recommended)
6- Grand Bazaar
Overnight in Istanbul
Day 2 in Istanbul
Itinerary;
1- Topkapı Palace
2- Traditional lunch (variety of meals open buffet/ home made style) (recommended)
3- Spice Market
4- Bosporus Boat Tour
After the tour we drive to Bursa, it is about 3 hours drive distance including toilet break. Overnight in Bursa
2- Bursa (1 night)
We start the tour at 09:00, after the breakfast. As the itinerary listed below, we visit the Grand Mosque, Silk Market and the vicinity, green mosque and the mausoleum and Cumalıkızık village. You are highly suggested to have a simple lunch, called Gözleme (feuille pastry with the selections of fillings) at the village. We finish the tour around 16:00 and return hotel by 17:00, overnight in Bursa

- Green Mosque and Mausoleum
- Cumalıkızık Old Village
3- Selçuk (1 night)
After breakfast at 09:00, it is going to be 4 hours drive to Selçuk, where the old settlement called Ephesus located. Right upon arrival, we have lunch at my recommended place or you can have free time for lunch in the village called Şirince. You arrive in at the hotel at 17:00. Overnight in Kuşadası.
Itinerary in Selçuk;
We start the tour at 09:00 after breakfast and follow the itinerary listed below;
1- Settlement of Ephesus
2- Carpet weaving( official weaving course-optional/area is known for)
3- Lunch ( barbecue is suggested at our recommended place)
4- Artemis Temple
4- Archeology Museum
After the tour, we drive about 2 hours to Pamukkale ( thermal place) and arrive in at the hotel at 18:00
Overnight in Denizli
4- Denizli (2 nights)
After breakfast at 09:00, we drive only about 20 minutes to the old settlement(called Hierapolis). After enjoying the archeological sight and the thermal pools, we finish the day at 17:00, Overnight in Denizli.
Itinerary in Denizli;
1- Pamukkale (thermal pools)
2- Lunch at Hierapolis (old settlement where you can also see the white terraces)
3- Leather Shop ( if you are willing to see without any obligation at all/ the area is known for leather produtcs)
5- Konya (1 night)
After breakfast at 09:00, we drive about 4 hours to Konya. We have a toilet break on the way after the first couple hour. We are going to see the mausoleum, where Mevlana Rumi ( the first whirling dervish) lived and buried also. Çatal Höyük is one of the earliest settlement in Asia Minor, founded in 7000 B.C. After visiting the mound, we drive back to the hotel at 17:00. Overnight in Konya.

6- Cappadocia (2 nights)
After breakfast at 09:00, we drive about 3,5 hours to the area, called Cappadocia. It is not a name you can find on the current maps. It was the Mesopotamian name, including 4 cities of Turkey today. We arrive in the area at 12:30. After having lunch, we can spend the afternoon with the visit to open air museum. We get back to Hotel at 17:00. Overnight in Cappadocia. Some optional tours are highly recommended in Cappadocia, such as Turkish night show, hot air baloon and jeep safari. I can carrange the optional tours for you.
Itinerary on day 1 in Cappadocia;
-Open air museum
After breakfast at 09:00, we start the day with one of the most important highlights in Cappadocia. Everyone must see one underground city (out of 37) at least. Around 200 of them were built by Bronze Age people. They are one of a kind so to speak. Afterwards we follow the listed itinerary to extent our experience in Cappadocia. Cappadocia is also know for pottery making (birth place of this art) and jewellery with local stone. Please don't hessitate to ask if you are interested. Overnight in Cappadocia

- Kaymaklı Underground City
- Uchisar Fortress
- Traditional Lunch
- Derbent Valley
- Çavuşin and panaromic spots
7- Ankara (1 night)
After breakfast at 08:00, we drive to Ankara, it is about 4 hours drive. We are going to visit the salt lake on the way after 2 hours drive. And then we visit Anıtkabir, ( Ataturk’s mausoleum). Overnight in Ankara

Day 2 in Ankara
After breakfast we leave the hotel at 08:30. After a short drive (about 30 minutes) we visit the museum of ancient civilisation in Ankara. We drive back to Istanbul, it is about 5 hours drive, we arrive in at the hotel by 17:00. Overnight in Istanbul.
